Yes. We provide high-quality helmets and protective gear for all guests as part of our commitment to your safety.

Beyond the gear, our team is first-aid certified and takes part in regular safety training to handle any situation. We also carry local insurance (Bao Viet) with coverage of up to 200,000,000 VND per person, depending on the nature of the incident. Coverage applies to accidents, but not where the incident is caused by the guest’s own actions.

Please note that Vietnam Backstreet Tours’ total liability in any case shall not exceed the insurance payout amount and the tour fee paid by the guest.
