And here’s a little extra: when you book two different tours, you get 10% off the total price!

-> We know travel plans can change unexpectedly, so we try to be as flexible as possible. Here’s how it works:

Rescheduling

– Free date changes with at least 24 hours notice before tour start time
– Changes made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 30% charge

Cancellation

– Cancel more than 24 hours in advance: no cancellation fee (only a small transaction fee of approximately 5% charged by banks or PayPal applies)
– Cancel less than 24 hours before tour start: full charge applies

Refunds are handled according to our cancellation policy:

– Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour are eligible for a full refund
– Cancellations within 24 hours are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

-> Yes, we provide high-quality helmets and protective gear for all guests as part of our commitment to your safety.

Beyond the gear, our team is first-aid certified and undergoes regular safety training to handle any situation. We also carry local insurance (Bao Viet) with coverage up to 200,000,000 VND per person, depending on the nature of the incident (coverage applies to accidents, but not in cases where the incident is caused by the guest’s own actions). Please note that Vespa Adventures’ total liability in any case shall not exceed the insurance payout amount and the tour fee paid by the guest.

-> Yes, we provide high-quality helmets and basic safety gear for all guests as part of our commitment to safe and comfortable experiences throughout the tour.

Our drivers and guides are experienced, professionally trained, and familiar with local traffic conditions to ensure guests feel secure during the journey.

Please note that personal travel insurance is not included in our tour price. However, guests may request optional travel insurance provided by PTI Thang Long Insurance at an additional cost of approximately US$3.5 per person per day

Optional Insurance Coverage Includes:

• Personal accident coverage from US$10,000 up to US$30,000 per person
• Baggage coverage equal to 10% of the insured amount for personal coverage

Coverage Scope:

• Bodily injury or accidental death during the insured period
• Sudden illness, sickness, or emergency medical treatment occurring during the insured period (excluding pre-existing conditions and excluded cases)
• Hospital treatment support in Vietnam according to insurance policy terms
• Loss or damage of baggage and personal belongings caused by fire, explosion, vehicle collision, overturning, sinking, or falling
• Loss of checked baggage during the journey

Guests who wish to purchase additional insurance are kindly requested to inform us in advance so we can arrange the policy before the tour departure date.

->Vietnam’s tropical climate can bring occasional rain, especially from October to January, but this rarely dampens the spirit of Vintage Motorcycle or Jeep! We are fully prepared with high-quality two-piece rain gear to keep you dry, and we make regular stops at covered locations. In fact, a little rain can offer a unique and authentic glimpse into local life. Our experienced drivers are experts at navigating weather conditions. Your safety is our absolute priority.

In the unlikely event of severe weather that forces us to cancel the tour, we will notify you as early as possible. Should we need to cancel, you will have the following options:

• Reschedule to another date free of charge; or
• Receive a 100% refund of the tour price (less any bank transaction fees).

Please note that, as we have canceled for your safety, we are unable to cover any additional expenses, such as flights or accommodation. Our ultimate goal is always to provide you with a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience.
