We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex) and Maestro. After we confirm your tour, we send a secure payment link by email.

We know travel plans can change unexpectedly, so we try to be as flexible as possible. Here is how it works:

Rescheduling

• Free date changes with at least 24 hours’ notice before the tour start time
• Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a 30% charge

Cancellation

• Cancel more than 24 hours in advance: no cancellation fee (only a small transaction fee of approximately 5%, charged by banks or PayPal, applies)
• Cancel less than 24 hours before the tour starts: the full charge applies

If you are facing special circumstances, please call us or message us on WhatsApp. We are human too and happy to discuss options where we can.

No experience is required at all. You ride as a passenger behind one of our professional, experienced drivers. All you need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy the ride.

Vietnam’s tropical climate can bring occasional rain, especially from October to January, but this rarely dampens the spirit of a vintage motorcycle or Jeep ride. We are prepared with high-quality two-piece rain gear to keep you dry, and we make regular stops at covered locations. A little rain can even offer a more authentic glimpse of local life. Our experienced drivers know how to handle the weather, and your safety is our priority.

In the unlikely event that severe weather forces us to cancel the tour, we will notify you as early as possible. You will then have two options:

• Reschedule to another date free of charge, or
• Receive a 100% refund of the tour price (less any bank transaction fees)

Please note that, as we cancel for your safety, we cannot cover additional expenses such as flights or accommodation.

We offer free pickup and drop-off at any location within a 3 km radius of the city center. The exact meeting point can vary depending on the tour you choose. To confirm your pickup location or get detailed directions, message us on WhatsApp or Zalo and our team will be happy to help.
