Detailed Itinerary:
Before the tour, our knowledgeable guide will greet you at the meeting location and provide you with a brief orientation. The guide will tell you everything you need to know in order to have a fantastic trip, and then set off on our adventure. Three aspects of the trip will be discussed.

1. Hanoi Old Quarter Backstreet

• We’ll ride through a maze of passageways only locals know about, make introductions, and learn about the behind-the-scenes stories.
• Going through the labyrinth of zigzagging backstreets, narrow alleyways, and markets.
• Traveling with all of your senses on high alert: observing, hearing, touching, tasting, smelling.
• Experiencing various slides of life behind the scenes, the hidden part of the iceberg, and the unknown parts.

2. The Red River Delta:

• Due to the quantity of water in the Red River, the island was built by a warp, offering shelter for many fishermen. This is a run-down neighborhood with no electricity or running water. Our experienced guide will show you how life is very different on the other side of the river.
• Taking a stroll through the bright and serene flower, vegetable, and banana plantations.
• Learning various aspects of life and the disparity in harmony between Hanoi’s city and countryside living.
• Experience the rough ride through the farming land as well as Long Bien bridge.

3. The essence of Hanoi cuisine

• Hanoi is famous for its food and a tour with us through the most interesting streets of the Old Quarter in Hanoi is the best way to experience Vietnams Street Food cuisine. We’ll serve you the best local experience dishes and explain everything there is to know about all these specific dishes. We furthermore give you the opportunity to taste more variety in dishes.
• Lunch served at a local restaurant for a taste of authentic Hanoi cuisine.
• Spend most of your time tasting different Vietnamese Street Food around Hanoi Old Quarter

• Pickup and drop off at the hotel to the bike store. If your hotel is at outside Hanoi downtown, please pay for extra taxi charge.
• MTB 24-speed TREK or Giant bike or equivalent with helmet and protective gears

• Professional English speaking tour guide. A mechanic if the tour has more than 2 people
