Confirm and ride
When you’re happy with the plan, we send a secure payment link for the deposit: 30%, or 50% for groups of 7 or more. Then it’s time to ride.

How soon will you reply to my request?
We’ll reply soon by email with ideas and pricing for your day. If your tour is today or tomorrow, message us on WhatsApp (+84 976 788 488) so we can plan it with you live.
Do I have to pay to send a request?
No. Sending a request is free and there is no obligation. Once you are happy with the plan, we will send a secure payment link for the deposit: 30%, or 50% for groups of 7 or more.
Can you plan tours in more than one city?
We run tours in Hanoi, Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay. Every tour is a day tour with no overnight stay, so tell us which places you are visiting and we will suggest a day tour for each.
Do I need to know how to ride a motorbike or Vespa?
No. You ride as a passenger behind a professional local driver. Helmets and protective gear are provided, so you can relax, take photos and take in the sounds and smells of the backstreets.
Can you plan around dietary needs or allergies?
We always have backup options and will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please tell us about vegetarian, vegan or allergy needs in your request, and notify us in writing at least 24 hours before departure so we can prepare properly. Read the full answer.
